Service Fees
Ticket payment options are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payments will be processed immediately and paid to the organizer within 4 business days after the event closes. Payment to the event organizer can be made through bank transfer or mail.
A 3% processing fee + $1.59 service fee and 3% credit card processing fee is charged per ticket purchased.
Example:
Ticket Purchaser pays fees:
$20.00 + $1.59 + 6% (3% processing, 3% card) = $22.79
Paid tickets for cancelled events will be refunded back to the purchaser. Processing fees are non-refundable.
Free tickets do not incur fees

How and when do I get paid?
Deposits Are Made 2 Days After Each Successful Ticket
Charge.
Ticket
Revenue and earnings for your business are automatically transferred to your
bank account on a 2-day rolling basis.
That would
mean charges processed before a given Thursday will be grouped together and
deposited in your account on the following Monday.
The very first deposit for a new EliteTix organizer will
arrive in seven days. After that it switches to a 2-day rolling basis. Delaying
your very first deposit for a few extra days allows Stripe to address some
of the risks that are inherent in providing credit services to users.
